Do I need to install anything?
No. TOOLFlow runs in any modern browser on phone, tablet, or computer. You can also "install" it as a home-screen app for one-tap access — no Play Store or App Store needed.
Can workers without an email address use it?
Yes. Admins create worker accounts with just a username and password. Only the main account holder needs an email.
Can I track tools across multiple locations?
Yes. On the Professional and Enterprise plans you can run several locations — each with its own stock, users, and admin — all under one account.
Can I import my existing stock list?
Yes. Import from CSV with your tool/material names, brands, quantities, prices, and shelf locations. Templates provided.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
You pick a plan and pay via PayFast. Your data stays put — nothing is lost. If you don't subscribe, your account pauses but your data is kept.
How is data backed up?
All data lives on Google Firebase with multi-region redundancy. You can also export everything to CSV at any time.
