The owner's control room for the whole company. Create and manage your locations (stores), create location admin users and assign them to locations, transfer tools between locations, manage clients per location, and handle account settings (device lock, passwords, company logo) and your subscription.

Locations / Stores
Where the stock lives
A location is a physical store or storeroom. There are two kinds: a QTY Store for tools and quantity-based items (checked out and back in, with quantities counted), and a Material Store for raw material (tracked by length used). After logging in, you simply pick the location you're working in.

Per-store management
Each location has its own Admin Panel, protected by an admin login, with four areas: TOOLS (tool library, adding tools, categories, printing scan labels), RESTOCK (stock refill, request-for-quote emails to suppliers, low-stock alerts), INSIGHTS (stock activity, stock checks, stock status) and WORKSPACE (the location's users, suppliers and custom fields).

User Login
The shop floor
Workers select their name and enter their password. They use two simple screens: a live DASHBOARD (totals, what's out, what's in, who currently has what — synced across all phones) and CHECK IN / OUT, where they check tools / material out and back in by searching or scanning the label. Every action is logged with the person's name and time.
The daily flow — a worker opens the app, picks the store, taps their name and enters their password, scans a tool / material, checks it out — and the dashboard updates instantly for everyone. Admins get alerts before stock runs out and can email suppliers a request for quote in a few taps.
